Parking terms and conditions


KAPS Parking, Kenya Airports Parking Services, KAPS Ltd and their affiliates accept no liability for any damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to vehicle, property in vehicle and claims of third parties or any damage and loss whatever.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither KAPS nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of parking


KAPS shall not be liable to you for damage to your vehicle or property.
KAPS does not accept any liability for any claim in contract, tort or otherwise.
The car park terms and conditions as set out in the notices at the entrance to each car park and as detailed on the KAPS website apply to all parking whether pre-paid or otherwise.

These terms and conditions relate to the use of car parks managed by KAPS Ltd at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Moi International Airport, Nakumatt Lifestyle, Sarit Centre, Westgate Shopping Mall, Nairobi Hospital, Prestige centre, The Junction, Holy Family Basilica, and any other car park lots for the time being managed by KAPS Ltd.
